Support GP practices and PCNs with medicines optimisation, Structured Medication Reviews, medication queries, repeat prescribing workflows and long-term condition reviews.

Ideal candidate

  • GPhC-registered pharmacist
  • Experience in primary care, community pharmacy or medicines optimisation
  • Comfortable with remote working
  • Strong clinical judgement and written communication
  • Understanding of safe escalation in primary care
Remote independent prescriber · Flexible

Independent Prescriber Pharmacist

Use your prescribing qualification to support structured clinical reviews, appropriate escalation and pharmacist-led medicines optimisation in remote primary care.

Ideal candidate

  • GPhC-registered independent prescriber
  • Experience in long-term condition reviews or medicines optimisation
  • Confident working with structured clinical templates
  • Safe prescribing approach
  • Understanding of primary care governance
Remote pharmacy technician · GP & PCN

Remote Pharmacy Technician

Support medicines reconciliation, discharge letters, prescribing admin, high-risk medicine monitoring and structured workflow management for GP practices and PCNs.

  • GPhC-registered pharmacy technician
  • Experience with medicines reconciliation, discharge letters or prescribing support
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Interest in GP practice or PCN workflows
  • Comfortable working remotely within structured processes
